Family Legacy
Interview
Questions

You are the most priceless asset when it comes to your estate plan. If something happens to you, you are the person your family will miss. Before you leave this earth, we encourage you to create a legacy interview.

This interview is a chance for you to share what is in your heart with your loved ones, one last time. Through an audio or video interview, you can share your memories, express your wishes, capture your values, and most importantly provide comfort to your loved ones.

In Chapter 18 of Guided by Grace, we share the 5 most important things to share with your family.  Below, you will find a PDF with additional questions from different areas of life that can help you structure your legacy interview. These questions cover topics ranging from your personal values and life lessons to practical matters like your financial and healthcare preferences. You can choose to answer the questions that mean the most to you.

By taking the time to record your thoughts and feelings on these subjects, you can ensure that your legacy lives on and that your loved ones have the guidance and comfort they need when you’re no longer there to provide it.

Remember, your legacy interview is not just a gift to your family; it’s a way to preserve your wisdom, love, and presence for generations to come.
